Refund and Dispute Policy

All services offered by Momoski Tech LLC are provided on a prepaid basis and include access to services up until the next renewal date. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Refunds:
Refunds for prepaid services will not be provided, either in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to, the voluntary or involuntary termination of services prior to the renewal date. - Disputes:
If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, you must notify us in writing at support@momoski-tech.com within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge. Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of your right to dispute the charge. - Cancelation Prior to Renewal:Cancelations must occur prior to the next renewal date to avoid incurring additional charges. Upon renewal, fees are considered fully earned and are non-refundable.

Cancelation Policy

Customers may cancel their services in accordance with the following terms:
- Cancelation Requests:
All cancelation requests must be submitted via email to support@momoski-tech.com. The request must clearly state the intention to cancel and the desired cancelation date. - License-Related Expenses:
Customers are solely responsible for any third-party licensing costs (including, but not limited to, Office 365, antivirus software, and related subscriptions) associated with their account until the end of the subscription term, regardless of the cancelation date. - Stripe Account Management:
Customers may also manage and cancel their subscriptions directly through their Stripe account for added convenience.
- Final Billing:
Cancelations processed after the renewal date will not result in a refund for the remaining subscription period, and the subscription will continue until the end of the prepaid term. For assistance, contact support@momoski-tech.com.

The initial setup fee for Zai Email Security is waived exclusively for customers who purchase a qualifying subscription plan during the sign-up process. • The setup fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge that applies unless the specific subscription type required for the waiver is selected. - Non-Retroactive Promotions:
Promotional offers are valid only at the time of purchase and may not be applied retroactively to existing accounts or subscriptions. - Promotional Changes:
Momoski Tech LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time without notice. Such changes will not affect customers who have already claimed the promotion prior to the modification or termination.
- No Cash Value:

By accessing or using Zai Email Security (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of the Service. Use of the Service is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

Zai Email Security is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application designed to enhance email security by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on DMARC configurations, as well as scanning email configurations to ensure that SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols are appropriately implemented based on industry standards. Additionally, the Service provides ongoing DMARC report monitoring to help identify and mitigate potential email security issues. Please note, the Service is informational in nature and does not guarantee email deliverability or security outcomes. - No Guarantee of Deliverability
Zai Email Security makes no guarantees, promises, or warranties regarding the deliverability of emails. The Service operates as an analytical and reporting tool and does not control all systems or infrastructure involved in email delivery. While we provide actionable recommendations based on industry best practices, including configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols, these measures cannot ensure 100% email deliverability due to factors beyond our control.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zai Email Security, its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost revenue, loss of data, interruption of business, or damages related to third-party email systems. Use of the Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- User Responsibilities
Users of the Service agree to the following responsibilities:

Zai Email Security reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in part or in whole, at any time and without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause or prior notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete any associated data or content in our possession.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of McMinn County, Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be exclusively handled in the courts of McMinn County, Tennessee.
- Prohibited Use and Enforcement
You agree not to use the Service for any malicious purposes, including but not limited to phishing, spam, or exploitation of vulnerabilities in third-party systems. Zai Email Security maintains the right to monitor user activity and take immediate action, including suspension or permanent revocation of access, against accounts involved in malicious or harmful behavior.
